Artwork and production files
Customers must have permission to use submitted artwork, logos and content. Files should match the confirmed size and specification. Production issues caused by incorrect or low-quality supplied files may require customer approval or additional work.
Colour and material variation
Screen colours can differ from printed output. Material batches, finishing and production methods may create reasonable variation unless an approved physical proof or specific colour process has been agreed.
Collection, delivery and deadlines
Required dates are requests until confirmed. Delivery timing may depend on production completion and third-party carriers. Customers should verify urgent deadlines before ordering.
Changes, cancellation and support
Contact the business promptly if an order needs correction. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after artwork approval, material preparation or production has started.
